The King’s Centre is located in the heart of Norwich City Centre on the pedestrianised section of King Street, between Rose Lane and Mountergate. We are just 5 minutes walk from Norwich Train Station, and 2 minutes from Castle Quarter Shopping Centre. We have no car parking facilities here at the Centre but we are very close to several city centre car parks. Find more information on our Venue Parking page.
By car
We recommend the Norwich Park and Ride, which will drop you at the Norwich Bus Station. You can also drive into Norwich city centre and find parking nearby. There is restricted vehicle access to the King’s Centre, with a pedestrianised street at the front (disabled parking only) and road access (no parking) to the rear. By train
Norwich Train Station is just 5 minutes walk from the King’s Centre. From the station entrance walk over the bridge up Prince of Wales Road and turn left down Mountergate, which becomes pedestrianised at the end. At the end of Mountergate turn right onto King Street (pedestrianised). The King’s Centre is located half way down on the right, opposite the old church building. By bus
Exit Norwich Bus Station onto Surrey Street, turning right. At the traffic lights with All Saints Green turn left, follow the road keeping John Lewis on your right, cross the pelican crossing onto Golden Ball Street (with Timber Hill on your left, Woolpack Pub on your right), follow the road down the hill of Cattle Market Street. At the traffic lights with King Street, turn right into King Street, the King’s Centre is approx 100m on the left.
By air
Norwich Airport is located North of the city, approx. 6 miles from the city centre. Norwich Park & Ride run a service from the airport to Norwich City Centre. For more information visit the Park & Ride website.
